Thank you for your interest in Tewksbury Youth Skating Association's Learn to Skate (LTS) program. Boys and Girls ages 4+ are eligible and encouraged to join. We welcome children from Tewksbury and all surrounding areas. 

Our sessions will provide your child the opportunity to learn the basic skills of skating while having fun.  Your child will also benefit from Learn to Skate if they are interested in playing hockey or figure skating in the future. This program is for beginners and teaches the fundamentals of skating thru fun on-ice games and activities.

Boys and Girls, ages 4+

When

Fall Program: (19 weeks) every Saturday starting November 1st and running through March 7th at 5:00pm.

Winter Program: (10 sessions) every Saturday starting January 3rd and running through March 7th at 5:00pm.

Cost

Fall Program: 19 sessions for $250
Winter Program: 10 sessions for $125

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

• Skates
• Helmet w/full cage
• Gloves (preferably hockey gloves)
• Neck guard

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT

• Knee/shin pads 
• Elbow pads

Recommended equipment is optional at discretion of the parent.

JERSEYS

We provide each child with a jersey.

2025-2026 LTS Sessions

For children new to skating. The emphasis will be place on learning the skating basics. Sessions runs November 1st to March 7th on Saturdays at 5:00pm.
