The annual TYSA Car Wash has been rescheduled for Sunday, September 12 at Jim Boudreau's Auto Center. Time slots for the teams will be posted once the game schedules have been completed.
Please make every effort to attend as this event raises a significant amount for the league and everyone has a great time.
The following are are some points to remember:
Each child should attend with AT LEAST one parent. We ask that the parent be responible for their child while at the Car Wash, but if they are unable to make it, please contact your coach.
Children should wear bathing suits and tee shirts. They WILL be getting wet.
Parents might get wet as well so be prepared.
Invite your friends and family to come to the Car Wash.
Everyone MUST stay off of the grass. I can not stress this enough. This is the only thing that Jim asks of us.
Children can not go near the street without a parent with them. Safety is our first priority.
Coaches: Please plan on attending with your assistant coaches. If the head coach is unable to make it, please appoint a contact person for me. When the contact person arrives, please have them check in with me at the Car Wash. The coach or contact person will be responsible for coordinating their team while there.
Last year was extremely hot and we went through lots of drinks. Coaches/Team Moms might want to coordinate drinks and snacks for the team.
