has a hat trick
has 3 assists in a game
has a shut out
Once the forms have been received, Sean will make sure the player's info is posted to the website.

TYSA Neckguard Rules
TYSA Policy mandates that ALL participants in the TYSA program, regardless of level of play, SHALL wear an approved neck guard.
Effective immediately any player on ice not wearing a neck guard during a TYSA on-ice activity (games, practices, skills and/or power skating) will be suspended until a Disciplinary Hearing.
In addition to the player suspension, the head coach of the player's team will also be suspended until a Disciplinary Hearing.
